Which certifications do Huayuan adhesive tapes hold?

Our factory has operated an ISO 9001 quality management system since 2013. Selected products are UL certified, the entire range is SGS tested, and all products comply with the EU RoHS directive. Certificates and test reports are available on request.

Can you produce custom widths, colors and die-cut parts?

Yes. We have offered OEM and ODM services since 2007 and expanded into precision die-cutting in 2013. Tapes can be slit to custom widths and lengths, supplied in custom colors or liners, die-cut to drawing and packed under your private label.

How do I choose between polyimide, PET mylar and glass cloth tape?

Choose polyimide tape for the highest heat resistance in thin profiles, such as PCB wave-solder masking and lithium battery insulation. PET mylar tape is the cost-effective choice for transformer and coil insulation at Class B temperatures. Glass cloth tape offers higher tensile strength and abrasion resistance for motor and Class H insulation.
